Other Things to Note

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.

• A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

• No pets allowed

• No smoking in the unit – a $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged for violations

• No house parties or groups under the age of 25

• Motorcycles allowed. No trailers or golf carts permitted

• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please contact us for specific opening dates during your stay

• As a guest, you’ll enjoy easy access to the beach—perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and relaxing by the ocean
