Guest Access

Guests have full access to Barefoot Resort amenities, including outdoor and indoor pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and nearby public beach access for swimming, sunbathing, or beachcombing. Some amenities may be seasonal or subject to availability—please contact us for specific opening dates during your stay.

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old.

• We do not rent to locals.

• A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
