Other Things to Note

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.


• A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.


• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.


• As a guest, you’ll find public beach access nearby—perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.

 

• No Pets.


• No smoking inside of unit.


• No Groups under 25


• No house parties.


• You must be over the age of 25 to rent with us


• We do not rent to locals


• You must also sign our rental agreement along with providing a copy of your ID

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
