Guests will have full access to the entire condo along with community amenities available within the Barefoot Resort and Willow Bend community. Public beach access is located nearby, making it easy to spend your days sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing along the beautiful Grand Strand coastline. Convenient parking is available for guests during their stay.

Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

As a guest, you’ll find public beach access nearby, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
